At Fleeticc, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our GPS tracking devices and subscription services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Device Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchased GPS tracking device, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the device is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

  • Devices must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Devices showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the device is defective or incorrect.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees for Fleeticc services are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve the problem, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the issue occurring.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused time on active subscriptions unless required by law.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@fleeticc.com with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Defective or Incorrect Devices

If you receive a defective or incorrect device, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, as applicable.
